Need more room in your dining room/kitchen? Here's the way to do it. This 100 square foot addition enabled the home owners a better flow and increased their space around the dining table. The interior was accented with an eye brow arch dividing the back foyer, kitchen, and dining room. The ceilings and beams were accented with a wood pine look. Hardwood floors tied it all together. When we got here this was a back porch with five posts holding the roof structure. We converted this porch into a nice sun room overlooking the pool. Notice the transom window above the cedar wall was added to bring flavor to the wall. Accented with a stained concrete floor, the entire addition was wrapped with red wood cedar and you can actually smell the cedar from the road!

Do you need more garage space? This addition was flavorful, yet functional for the home owners use. They plan to use it for a workshop as well as garage. We brought efficiency to the project by adding a mezzanine above half the garage, creating a neat place for storage. Also, for esthetic value we used old (cypress) lap siding to accent the theme around the pool. Contemporary flare with the antiquity of the past!
